How Are Contract Approvals Done in İSG-KATİP?

In İSG-KATİP, the contract approval process for occupational safety specialists, workplace physicians, and other health personnel involves the following steps:

1. Log In to the İSG-KATİP System

Go to the İSG-KATİP login page and log in with:

• Your Turkish ID number
• Your e-Government password (Two-step verification must be enabled to access the e-Government system)

If logging in as an OSGB or employer, you must log in with the authorized person registered in the e-Government system.

Once logged in, your personal page will open. From here, click the “Institutional” tab at the top and select the workplace SGK registration number.

2. Go to the “Process Management – Service Contracts” Menu

After logging in, find and click on the “Service Contracts” tab on the main screen.
Here, you will see the contracts to which you are assigned as a safety specialist, physician, or health personnel.

3. Approve or Reject the Contract

In the contracts section, you can view pending approvals.
Click the “Approve” or “Reject” button next to the relevant contract.

Once approved, your contract becomes official and valid.
If rejected, the contract is canceled and must be recreated.

4. Check the Contract Status

To check whether your approved contract is valid, go to the “Active Contracts” section and review your contract status.

Frequently Asked Questions About İSG-KATİP Contract Approval

How can an employer assign a safety specialist?
The employer initiates a contract via İSG-KATİP. The safety specialist must approve the assignment through the system.

How do OSGBs approve contracts on İSG-KATİP?
After reaching an agreement with the employer, OSGBs enter the İSG-KATİP system and initiate contracts for the safety specialist and workplace physician.
After the specialists approve the contract, it must also be approved by the e-Declaration user of the assigned workplace for the contract to become official.

I approved a contract by mistake, can I cancel it?
If you mistakenly approved a contract, contact your employer and request that they restart the process.

What happens if a contract is not approved?
Unapproved contracts on İSG-KATİP are not valid.
In this case, the safety specialist, physician, or health personnel cannot be authorized and cannot work at the designated workplace.

Important Notes About İSG-KATİP Contract Approval

• Do not approve a contract without reviewing it carefully.
• Contracts approved with incorrect or incomplete information may not be cancelable.
• Safety specialists or physicians who have not completed the approval process on İSG-KATİP are not considered authorized.
