The program is presented with an institution-specific approach within the framework of working at heights management.

Objective:
To ensure that personnel working in areas defined as "working at heights" by legislation—where there is a risk of injury due to falling—gain the knowledge and skills necessary for safe working conditions at height. The aim is to minimize the risk of occupational accidents by providing measurable knowledge and skill development.

Basis:
Article 17 of the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331,
Article 5 of the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles of Occupational Health and Safety Training of Employees (Official Gazette No. 28648),
Annex-4/A of the Regulation on Occupational Health and Safety in Construction Works (Official Gazette No. 28786)

Trainer and Duration:
The training will be conducted by a certified trainer who has completed the "Working at Heights Instructor Training Program."
There is no legally fixed duration for this training as there is for basic occupational health and safety education. However, it must be documented for a minimum of 4 hours, or longer if needed depending on the nature of the job. The duration should be optimized to foster positive behavioral change for safe working.
