Disclosure Statement Prepared Within the Scope of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK)
As İZKA Joint Health and Safety Unit Inc. (“Company”), this Disclosure Statement on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data has been prepared in our capacity as the data controller in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”) to define the legal boundaries of the processing, collection, protection, storage, use, transfer, deletion, and anonymization of personal data obtained in accordance with the Law. The purpose is to inform data subjects and fulfill our obligation to provide transparency.

Accordingly, this document outlines the purposes for which the Company processes personal data, the recipients and purposes of any data transfers, data collection methods and legal grounds, as well as the rights of data subjects. Through this statement, the Company aims to establish all legal grounds and procedures necessary for the protection and processing of personal data, and to raise awareness among all stakeholders with whom we are in contact in compliance with the Law.


1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

The Company aims to ensure that all actions taken with regard to personal data are conducted in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and other relevant legislation.

This Disclosure Statement is prepared for real customers, potential customers, Company shareholders, Company officials, employees, job candidates, employees, shareholders and officials of institutions we collaborate with, visitors, and other third parties whose personal data may be collected, recorded, stored, processed, retained, used, transferred, or acquired by the Company.

The personal data you share with us may be processed within the scope of our business activities in line with our obligations arising from labor or service contracts, obligations under the “Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331” and related regulations, customer notifications, training services, electronic communication processes, supplier workflows, employment procedures, and in order to improve service quality and fulfill our informational responsibilities.

Additionally, it may be processed in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK for the purposes of ensuring the legal and commercial security of the Company and its stakeholders, executing our human resources policies, and determining and implementing our commercial and business strategies.
