Porter Examination (Hygiene Screening)

Employees working in food-related businesses should undergo porter examinations every 3 months to determine whether they carry any contagious diseases.

Certificates and Authorizations:

  • Forklift License: Required for any personnel operating forklifts.
  • Heavy Equipment Operation License (G-type): Mandatory for those operating wheeled heavy machinery.
  • Boiler Operator Certificate: Personnel operating workplace boilers must hold this certificate.


Grounding Inspection:

The grounding system must be constructed with a low-resistance conductor capable of safely carrying any fault currents and include appropriate disconnect devices. All non-current-carrying metallic parts such as cable conduits, equipment housings, and metal structures must be grounded. The system’s suitability is verified annually with resistance measurements.

Lightning Rod (Paratoner) Inspection:

Buildings where flammable, explosive, hazardous, or harmful substances are processed or stored must be equipped with lightning protection systems as per legislation. Lightning rods and other protection systems must be inspected at least once a year by qualified personnel, with documented results kept on site.
